“Texprocess fuarı’nda Wiser Ailesinin ilk üyesi WOX makinemizi sergileyeceğiz. Wiser Ozone X-perience kısaltmasından adını alan WOX, denim ağartma prosesini sadece ozon gazıyla gerçekleştirebilen bir ozon yıkma makinesidir. Dünya standartlarında bir inovasyon merkezi olarak Wiser Tech™, veri analitiğine dayalı makine öğrenimi ile birleştirilmiş, oyunun kurallarını değiştiren teknolojiler geliştirir. WOX; kolay kullanım, online takip, %40 daha kısa proses süresi, % 66 yüksek üretim kapasitesi, daha iyi ağartma sonuçları sunar. Aynı zamanda fütüristik ödüllü tasarımı ve güvenli ozon jeneratörü ile tam zamanlı gerçek veri analizi ve teşhis analizi verir. Yerli bir üretici olarak yurt içi ve yurt dışındaki konumuzu nasıl değerlendiriyorsunuz? Kısa, orta ve uzun vadede hedefleriniz nelerdir?
“Tekstil sektörü ülkemiz ihracatının yaklaşık %7sini oluşturmakta olup ihracatın önemli bir kısmı Avrupa ülkelerine ve ABD’ye gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu ülkelerin alımlarını zaman içerisinde Asya ve Kuzey Afrika ülkelerine yönelttiği görülmektedir. Bu noktada denim yıkamanın sürdürülebilir teknolojilerle sağlanması, oluşan rekabet koşullarında tekstil ürünleri ihracatının da sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamaktadır. Su ve diğer doğal kaynakların hızla azalmasını takiben gün geçtikçe tükenen dünyamızda gerçekleştirmiş olduğumuz projenin çıktısı olan sürdürülebilir ozon yıkama makinemiz WOX, ekosisteme umut vaat etmektedir. Endüstri 4.0’a adapte olmayı sağlayan Wiser makine ailemiz, yurtdışındaki tekstil üreticileri için tesislerini modernize edebilecek teknoloji ve altyapıyı sunuyor. Sektörün ilk yapay zekalı makine ailesine sektörün ilgisinin oldukça yoğun olmasını ve ihracat rakamlarının yüksek gerçekleşeceğini düşünüyoruz. %100 ihracat ile üretim yaptığımız Wiser Wash tesisinde aktif olarak üretimlerimizde kullanılan WOX makinemiz, gün geçtikçe müşteri çeşitliliği ve rekabet gücü arttırılarak, küresel tedarik zincirinde yeri olan Pepe Jeans, Street One, Geisha, Only, Chasin, Timezone, Diesel, Levis ve Boyish gibi markalarla iş birlikleri yapılmıştır.”
Üretim kapasiteniz, ihracatınız, hedef pazarlarınız hakkında neler söylemek istersiniz?
“Temel olarak, sektörümüzdeki olağanüstü değişikliklerden kaçınmak için müşterilerimizle daha yakın ve şeffaf bir ortaklık yürütüyoruz. Tekstil endüstrisinin ve dünyanın sürdürülebilirliğe doğru olan hızlı değişimi, motivasyonumuzu daha da ileriye taşımaya teşvik ediyor. Öncü teknolojiler geliştirerek sürdürülebilir bir endüstri oluşturmak için tekstil sektöründeki tüm üreticilere ulaşmak hedefindeyiz. Hali hazırda yurt dışı partnerlerimizle gerçekleştirdiğimiz ortaklıklar sayesinde dünyanın her yerindeki markalara hizmet vermekteyiz. Sene sonunda hizmete girecek yeni Wiser Wash tesisimiz ile üretim kapasitemiz önemli ölçüde artacak. Wiser Tech şirketimizde geliştirdiğimiz makine serisinin de ilk teslimatlarını farklı kıtalardaki tekstil üreticilerine yapmaya başladık.”

Wiser Tech authorities, declaring that they will exhibit WOX machine, which is the first member of Wiser family, at the Texprocess fair, said that WOX is not only an ozone washing machine that is more superior than its rivals in the market but also is the first member of a production line that is suitable for Industry 4.0.

Could you tell us about the products you will exhibit at Texprocess Fair and which you are assertive about?

WOX, named after Wiser Ozone X-perience abbreviation, is an ozone bleaching machine that can perform the denim bleaching process only with ozone gas. As a world-class innovation hub, Wiser Tech™ develops game-changing technologies combined with data analytics-based machine learning. WOX; It offers easy operation, online monitoring, 40% shorter process time, 66% higher production capacity, better bleaching results. It also gives full-time real data analysis and diagnostic analysis with its futuristic award-winning design and safe ozone generator. WOX is not only an ozone washing machine superior to its competitors in the market, but also the first member of a production line suitable for industry 4.0.
What are your expectations from the fair?
“With our Do Good Together philosophy, it is the priority of our expectations to present our innovations that will transform the world, starting from the sector, to the whole world, and to introduce everyone who works to change the future to the world of Wiser.”
How do you evaluate our position in the country and abroad as a domestic manufacturer? What are your short, medium and long term goals?
“The textile sector constitutes approximately 7% of our country’s exports, and a significant part of the export is carried out to European countries and the USA. It is seen countries have directed their purchases to Asian and North African countries over time. At this point, providing denim washing with sustainable technologies ensures the sustainability of the export of textile products in the competitive conditions. Our sustainable ozone washing machine WOX, which is the output of the project we have realized in our world that is depleting day by day following the rapid decrease in water and other natural resources, promises hope to the ecosystem. Our Wiser machine family, which enables adaptation to Industry 4.0, offers the technology and infrastructure to modernize their facilities for textile manufacturers abroad. We think that the industry’s interest in the industry’s first artificial intelligence machine family will be very intense and that the export figures will be high. Our WOX machine, which is actively used in our production at the Wiser Wash facility, where we produce with 100% export, increased customer diversity and competitiveness day by day, and such as Pepe Jeans, Street One, Geisha, Only, Chasin, Timezone, Diesel, Levis and Boyish, which have a place in the global supply chain. Collaborations have been made with brands.”
What would you like to say about your production capacity, exports and target markets?
“Basically we are moving on a more close transparent partnership with our customers to avoid the extraordinary changes in our industry. The rapid change of the textile industry and the world towards sustainability encourages us to take our motivation further. Our goal is to reach all manufacturers in the textile industry in order to create a sustainable industry by developing leading technologies. We are currently serving brands all over the world thanks to the partnerships we have made with our overseas partners. With our new Wiser Wash facility, which will be put into service at the end of the year, our production capacity will increase significantly. We started to make the first deliveries of the machine series we developed in our Wiser Tech company to textile manufacturers in different continents.”
